Danielís dream was to become an artist. This dream came crashing down after graduating from one of the top design schools in the nation, he and his graduating class were not trained in 3D animation and therefore were not prepared for this shift in the entertainment industry from 2D to 3D. With a six-figure student loan debt and maxed out credits cards demanding his attention, Daniel was forced to look at other options. As luck would have it, he found Direct Selling.
Today, Daniel is one of the top income earners and business builders in his Direct Selling company with a sales organization close to 18,000 distributors across North America. He lives in Los Angeles with his beautiful wife and four children. The greatest thing his Direct Selling business has afforded him is the freedom to be an active participant in his childrenís lives as a full-time stay-at-home-parent alongside his wife. The time freedom also allows Daniel to remain in the field assisting his teams and in the trenches cultivating the growth of a new generation of leaders.
Danielís believes Direct Selling is going through a much-needed reform. Learning his lesson from design school, he works to stay ahead any shifts when it comes to implementing training, adapting systems, and shaping team cultures that will not only be fruitful but also compliant for his sales organization. He's excited to be part of the positive disruption that is transforming Direct Selling.
