Steve Critchley

Steve is a veteran of the direct selling industry, having spent over four decades helping others to grow and stretch to their full potential. Steve has hardly any academic qualifications, however he declares that his home heating system has more certificates than he does!

One of Steve’s many principles is that good leadership is like a relay race, whereby you need to be able to pass the baton on to others to truly win the race. Steve has been the mentor to Mastermind Event host Wes Linden and supported his journey for around twenty years.

Steve has been the top earner, having the biggest business in his 23-year established, billion dollar British company.

Today, Steve is very much focussed on mentoring his growing team, creating leadership, and leaving a legacy for his family.
