Refund Policy

Most events don't offer refunds, credits or transfers. You buy the ticket, and if you can't go, you're out of luck. We think that's a bit rubbish, so we do things differently.

If you can't make it to the event

You have two options:

  • Transfer your ticket – Give or sell your ticket to someone else. We support one transfer to a named person, but any money that changes hands between you and them is between the two of you, we're not involved in that transaction.
  • Cancel for credit – Cancel your ticket and we'll give you credit for the full amount you paid. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date the credit was issued, and can be used towards booking a ticket for the next event.

Paying by instalments (EasyPay)

If you're paying by instalments, ticket transfers are only available once you've paid all of your instalments in full. If you haven't finished paying, you can still cancel for credit; you'll get credit for exactly what you've paid so far.

How to request a refund or transfer

To do either of these, just email us at support@mastermindevent.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Please try to let us know at least 7 days before the event. Requests made after this may not be possible, but we'll always try our best to make it work. We want attending the Mastermind to be a pleasure, not a headache.
