Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Mastermind Event hub and the purchase of tickets to our events. By creating an account or buying a ticket you accept these terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Tickets

• Tickets grant entry to the named event for the named attendee.
• You may reassign a ticket to another person before the event; reassignment does not move the original payment.
• We may refuse entry to anyone who breaches event rules or behaves abusively.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and include taxes where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and a confirmation email is sent.

4. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Event changes

We may change the venue, schedule or speakers for operational or safety reasons. If we cancel an event, we will offer a transfer or refund of the ticket price.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (branding, copy, video, design) belongs to Mastermind Event or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.
